Butchers netting is all white and is our lowest cost netting suitable for cooking at temperatures up to 220C. Originally used on beef roast, it has become very popular on boneless hams, Canadian bacon, and dried sausage. It is supplied as a 100m roll and is suitable for hand or machine loading. It leaves a rectangular pattern on the product.
